Mein Name ist Andrea Cerny. Mein Herz schlägt dafür, Menschen, Teams und Organisationen bei Veränderungen zu begleiten. Mein großes Asset ist, dass ich einen weiten Spannungsbogen abdecke. Mein Wissen und meine langjährige Erfahrung reichen von der Beratung in Projekten und Change Management, über professionelle Entwicklung von Teams, systemisches Coaching, Mindfulness bis hin zu Energiebehandlungen, Aufstellungsarbeit und integrativen somatischen Atembegleitung.

Ich bin Mama von zwei wundervollen Kindern und lebe gemeinsam mit meinem Mann und unseren beiden Katzen im Bezirk Wiener Neustadt.
Als Integrative Somatic Breathwork Practitioner öffne ich in meiner Arbeit einen Raum, in dem du wirklich erkannt wirst – nicht nur in dem, was du tust, sondern in dem, was du bist – auf körperlicher, emotionaler und energetischer Ebene.
In meinen Sessions verbinde ich die transformierende Kraft des bewussten Atmens mit Elementen aus Human Design, den Gene Keys, IFS (Internal Family Systems), systemischer Aufstellungsarbeit und energetischer Körperarbeit.
Atemarbeit bringt dich in deinen Körper zurück. Human Design und Gene Keys geben Sprache für das, was du intuitiv längst fühlst. IFS unterstützt dich dabei, deine inneren Anteile liebevoll zu verstehen und zu integrieren.
Mit meiner feinfühligen Wahrnehmung und der Gabe, das Wesentliche zu erkennen, begleite ich dich achtsam und klar durch innere Prozesse – ganz in deinem Tempo.
So entsteht echte, alltagstaugliche Transformation – sanft, nachhaltig und aus dir selbst heraus.
