1. General

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships between the Wheel of Life OG and the participant/student, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms and conditions used by the contractual partner are not agreed upon or otherwise subject to the agreements. The General Terms and Conditions of the Wheel of Life OG shall apply in the version current at the time of conclusion of the contract.

2. Registration and contract

Registration:

1. Wheel of Life Program/Retreat and Body-types seminar:
   After registration via the registration form on the website, a confirmation email will be sent with the contract.
2. Integrative Somatic Breathwork training:
   After sending the application form, an email will be sent with the invitation to an intake.
   During the intake interview, the applicant is evaluated, questions are answered, and the conditions of participation, the payment modality and the modules to be completed are agreed upon.

If the applicant is accepted to the training, a confirmation email will be sent with the contract including the agreements reached during the intake interview. 

The interview is protocolled in the form of a recording of the zoom meeting in the case of online interviews or in writing and confirmed with a signature in the case of live interviews.

The protocol will be deleted or destroyed as soon as the contract is completed and signed and received by Wheel of Life OG by mail or email.

Contract and confirmation of registration:

The contract contains personal data of the participant, dates and times of the seminar or training units, location of the seminar or training, agreements about the seminar or training, payment agreements, cancellation conditions, general conditions, liability committee, health declaration.

All amendments and/or supplements to the contents of the contract shall require the written confirmation by the Wheel of Life OG. 

The registration is binding as soon as the completed and signed contract is received by Wheel of Life OG by mail or email. The period of withdrawal begins with the delivery of the contract.

After receiving the signed contract, the registration will be confirmed by email and the invoice will be issued according to the agreed payment method.

3. Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the signed contract.
If the date of delivery of the signed contract is less than 14 days before the start of the seminar or training that is the subject of the contract, the withdrawal must be received by us no later than 1 day before the start of the seminar or training.

If the withdrawal is made later, the seminar or training days held up to the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be charged proportionally compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract, regardless of whether the participant took part in these days or not.

Since the start of the seminar or training is part of the contract, this therefore represents the request for service as of the start date of the seminar or training.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. To execute your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a registered letter sent by post to the address listed above or an e-mail to office@wheeloflife.eu). You can use a model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. 

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

4. Price and Payment modalities

Price:
The fees for the Retreat and the Body Types Seminar include the seminar days and a handout. The fee for the Program includes the seminar days, a handout and 4 hours individual sessions within the time period of the Program.

The price for the training modules includes the in person training weeks, online training, supervision, the training manual and assistance.

All price settings and all special agreements regarding the seminar/training fee will be anchored in the contract.

The price of the seminar or training remains the same, regardless of whether it is paid all at once or in parts.

Travel expenses, lodging and meals are NOT included in the seminar/training prices.

General payment modalities:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable on the due dates and to the account specified in the invoice.

In the case of bank or PayPal transfers, all bank and PayPal charges are to be paid by the participant.

Generally, the invoiced amounts must be paid within 14 calendar days.

In the event of a registration period of less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the seminar or training, the invoiced amount shall be due immediately after invoicing.

The seminar/training fee must be paid in any case before the seminar or the training module takes place, otherwise participation in the seminar/training is not possible. 

Partial payment agreements:

For people with low incomes or for other reasons, a partial payment agreement can be made.
This agreement, length of the partial payment period and amount of the partial payments, is made in a personal interview and anchored in the contract.
The Wheel of Life OG does not charge extra costs or interest for partial payment.
The total amount for the booked seminar/training remains the same.

All partial payment amounts and due dates are listed in one invoice.
It is the participant’s responsibility to make the partial payments on time.

Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of a partial payment agreement for the program or training, the total amount must be paid before the end of the program/training.
Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of a partial payment agreement for the Retreat or Body Types seminar, the total amount must be paid no later than 3 months after the retreat/seminar is held.
For a longer-term partial payment agreement or partial amounts smaller than EURO € 200,00 Wheel of Life OG reserves the right to request a collection order.

In any case, the first partial amount must be paid before the start of the seminar/training.

In case of repeated massive delay in payment, Wheel of Life OG reserves the right to withdraw the partial payment agreement at any time and to demand the remaining total amount of the seminar/training at once.

Delay in payments:

In the event of a delay in payment, all reminder, debt collection and court costs incurred are to be paid by the participant.

Due payments will be reminded by us only once out of court.
In case of non-payment (in due time), the matter will be handed over to our lawyer for further enforcement, whereby further costs will be incurred and to be paid by the participant.

5. Location, travel and accommodation:

Location:

The location and venue of the seminar/training as well as the accommodation costs are specified in the registration forms, the training application and the contract.

Travel:

The travel must be organized and the costs paid by the participants themselves.
The participant must ensure to arrive early enough to be at the seminar hotel on time for the start of the seminar/training.

The return journey must be organized in such a way that departure from the hotel is not necessary until the end of the seminar/training at the earliest.

Accommodation:

All weekends of the WoL Program, the WoL Retreat, the Body-Types Seminar and the 4 life-modules of the Training are residential.
This applies to the participants and assistants.
This means that it is mandatory to stay at the seminar hotel for the entire duration of the seminar/training week, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The pre-reservation for the room category at the venue must be indicated during registration and will be forwarded by Wheel of Life OG to the seminar hotel.

The confirmation of the room reservation must be done by the participant.

Change of the room category or further reservation of the room for following WoL Program weekends or Training modules or for assistance will be arranged by the participant/assistant directly with the venue.
Accommodation costs include full board and are to be paid directly to the venue by the participant/assistant.

5. Cancellation policy:

Cancellation or postponement by Wheel of Life OG:
The realization of an event depends on a minimum number of participants. The Wheel of Life OG therefore reserves the right to change dates or venues. The Wheel of Life OG also reserves the right to cancel an event before it begins. Registrants will be informed immediately.

Should a seminar or training module be canceled by the Wheel of Life OG, the participant can either make use of the alternative date offered or any payments already made will be refunded in full. 

If a seminar or training module cannot be held due to force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances for which the Wheel of Life OG is not responsible, the Wheel of Life OG is entitled to hold the seminar/training module on an alternative date to the exclusion of any liability for damages. If in such a case the registrant/participant is unable to attend the alternative date, the full price will be refunded.

If a seminar or training module is postponed by the Wheel of Life OG in consultation with the applicants/participants and assistants, this agreement will be confirmed in writing by all sides. This confirmation is considered as consent to the contract change regarding the date of the seminar/training module. Thus, the contract remains valid and is binding.

This does not give rise to any entitlement to reimbursement of the seminar/training costs.
If the participant cancels the participation at a later date, the general cancellation conditions will apply

In the case of a cancellation or postponement of a seminar or training module, the participant or assistant has no claim to compensation for the costs incurred and no other claims against Wheel of Life OG can be derived from this.

Wheel of Life OG cannot reimburse any costs for pre-booked travel arrangements or accommodation costs at the venue and recommends that participants/assistants take out travel insurance to cover any significant costs that may be incurred.

General cancellation conditions:

After the registration and contract has been confirmed by the Wheel of Life OG and the right of withdrawal has expired, the participant is obliged to make the agreed payments.

If the participant cancels his participation in the seminar or training at a later date, the following cancellation conditions apply regardless of the reason for withdrawal:

Cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter). The participant will then be refunded a share of the fee. The share that is refunded depends on the date of receipt of the written cancellation.
With the cancellation, the partial payment agreement loses all validity.

1. Cancellation up to 2 months before the start: 100 % refund minus 100 € cancellation fee.
   In case of partial payment agreement, the parts already paid will be refunded minus 100 € cancellation fee
   if no payment has yet been made, a cancellation fee of 100 € will become effective and must be paid immediately

    

    

2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start: 50 % refund minus 100 € cancellation fee.
   In case of partial payment agreement: if more than 50% are already paid, the difference to 50% of the seminar/training fee minus 100 € cancellation fee will be refunded
   if less than 50% are paid, the difference to 50% of the seminar/training fee plus 100 € cancellation fee are to be paid immediately
   if no payment has yet been made 50% of the seminar/training fee plus 100 € cancellation fee are to be paid immediately

    

3. Cancellation at 4 weeks or less before the start or not showing up: 0 % refund 

In case of partial payment agreement: already paid amounts cannot be reclaimed and the difference to the full seminar/training fee are to be paid immediately
if no payment has yet been made the full seminar fee will be charged immediately.

Any costs arising from cancellation of accommodation or travel must be paid by the participant.

Should a participant leave the seminar or training prematurely or arrive too late, there is no entitlement to a (partial) refund of the fee.

Changes in bookings of the Seminar or training modules are only possible with the consent of the Wheel of Life OG and only with full payment of the price, up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar/training. There is no claim to this. 

Cancellation due to illness, accident or other serious circumstances:

If a participant cannot attend the booked seminar/training module due to illness, accident or other circumstances, the participant has no right to a refund of the seminar/training fee paid. The Wheel of Life OG is free to rebook the participant for another seminar/training module free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and upon presentation of appropriate proof. The declaration must be made in writing.

In the event of serious illness which makes participation in the continuation of the Program or Training impossible the illness must be confirmed by a doctor. The situation must be discussed with the Trainers of the Wheel of Life OG in order to find possible other solutions. In case of cancellation needed it must be made in writing. In this case, there is no general claim for a refund, however, Wheel of Life OG may decide to grant a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
